How do I ask something or a volunteer for myself, someone else or my organization?

If you are looking for someone who can help you, you can place a request for help on the website. You need an account for this. You can then post a request for help. Your request for help is shown in the results, where volunteers can see that you need help.

  1. Create an account and log in with your email address and password
  2. Click on your personal menu (top right corner 'Welcome first name' and click on 'My (help) questions' or 'vacancies'
  3. Click on 'Post Help' or 'Post a Job'
  4. Are you looking for help for yourself? Then click on 'Help for myself'.
    Are you looking for help for someone else ? Then choose 'Help for family or friends'
  5. The better the request for help is described, the greater the chance of a match. These tips on describing your request for help can help you to clearly articulate your request for help.
  6. Click on a maximum of 3 categories where the question fits the most. It is important that you check the correct categories. These categories are then used to link your request for help to a help provider.
  7. Click on 'Post help request' to post your request for help

Your request for help is valid for six weeks and can then be extended if you have not yet found help. You will automatically receive an email about this. Have you been helped before? Then simply close your request for help or vacancy . This keeps the website up-to-date and prevents disappointments.
